HFA Toastmasters

Get inspired and connected to HFA’s company culture, strategy, developments, and life skills presented by HFA Founder and Owner, Chad Buck.

We grow in community through regular, interactive group sessions.  We discuss and practice topics such as using our gifts and strengths, having hard conversations, managing emotions, how to collaborate, and overcoming setbacks, to name a few.  Multi-level leader sessions are developed and facilitated by owner, Stephanie Buck, in partnership with the SLT Council of HFA Leaders.

SLT Council – a self-selecting group of leaders who work collaboratively to provide support in developing the Servant Leadership Training (SLT).

Peer Facilitators – individuals who coordinate and guide small group discussions with a focus on deeper peer connection and learning.

We invest in our team members through world-class thought leadership.  We offer the Certified Dare to Lead™ program and coaching through CaPeesh Consulting and Strength Finders.

We equip our emerging leaders through supervisory skills training delivered by HFA HR and ALTRES.

We encourage, empower and match entry level team members to stretch opportunities in warehouse operations, transportation management, warehouse administration and field merchandising management.

We provide training and reintegration for formerly incarcerated individuals through meaningful work with tremendous growth potential.

We provide hands on, individualized road training to ensure the success of our member’s path to a CDL-A or CDL-B license.

We invest in team member communication, public speaking and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

We support holistic living through a wide range of voluntary education including debt management, budgeting, and 401(k) education to name a few.

We partner with Hawaii Homeownership Center to provide one-on-one counseling for first time homebuyers.
