Hawaii Foodservice Alliance is joining Hawaii Tech Week 2026, running August 31 through September 6 across Honolulu. The week brings together thousands of founders, engineers, investors, students, and government leaders across more than 50 independently hosted events at venues throughout the city.
We are coming as an operator, not a spectator. HFA is Hawaiʻi’s largest local supplier of perishable foods, and every pallet we move is a data set, a routing calculation, and a forecasting model before it is ever a delivery.
Building Between Source and Shelf
Custom software. Agentic workflows. Computer vision. Machine learning forecasts. All of it lives in the space between source and shelf, where a wrong prediction means a short shelf or a wasted case.
Our platform moves products to every retailer, club, and grocer on every island, every day, by truck, ocean freight, and air. Getting perishable goods across a state separated by open ocean, on a temperature-controlled cold chain, at the volume Hawaiʻi’s grocers require, is applied engineering with immediate and visible consequences. Nothing here is theoretical.
